Email marketing is all about keeping in touch with your audience via email. You may need to send special offers, latest news updates, project or promotional information out to group of people on a regular basis to keep them informed about what you’re up to.

This involves keeping a database of those people (let’s call them subscribers), as well as creating the actual email that will be sent out to your subscribers.

We offer web-based software packages that keep your database for you, record new sign ups (for people who have signed up via a form on your website), and track the statistics of the emails you send out (how many emails were opened? how many were forwarded to a friend?).

We can also design and build email templates to complement your website. Just like website content management, you can add and edit the text and image content of your emails. It’s quick and easy to do:

  1. write your email,
  2. select the list of people you want to send it to,
  3. hit send!

    The software does the rest – sending out a professional email, tracking the statistics, and recording those who’ve subscribed (new members) and unsubscribed (who don’t want to receive the emails anymore) in your database.
